Things to see and do Uzhgorod (Ужгород)

Another street in the heart of the city, named after the Lithuanian prince Koriatovych, came to invade the Transcarpatie in 1393. The city is divided into two parts: The part is, where most buses and taxis leave, and the western part, much more commercial.

Attached to the Zoology Museum, this huge botanical park spans 4 ha. It houses 3 900 species of plants, 1 100 of which are greenhouse.

This museum displays a collection of 110 000 pieces from the region: fauna, flora, history, folklore and even numismatics.

This is the city centre of Uzhgorod. It is composed almost entirely of cafes, restaurants, banks and shops. Its name of Italian origin means "the street of walks". The former occupants of the city were two Princes princes, the Drougetti brothers. All the houses in the neighbourhood are old and have only two or three floors. The ruelle is narrow and leads straight to Voloshyna street, another very lively street.
