The Soviet Hotel is well redone. The rooms on the floors offer a pretty view. The staff speaks English fluently. Good value for money.

A little too Soviet, but central.

It is the old "Intourist". A typically Soviet hotel, partly renovated, which explains the wide variety of prices. It is obviously not very warm but a housing at 150 UAH (14,60 €) in the city centre is still appreciable for small scholarships. Travel agency in the lobby.
