Sandy beach on a narrow isthmus at the mouth of the Vivari canal, 3 km south of Ksamil. In summer, bar-restaurant and deckchairs.
This 330 m-long sandy beach (Plazhi Diaporit) lies 3 km south-west of the village of Ksamil, at the mouth of the Vivari canal. It occupies the isthmus separating the canal from the Ionian Sea (the Ali Pacha fort is nearby on the south shore). In summer, it is little frequented, due to the algae that hinders swimming. It has a bar-restaurant that rents out deckchairs. Along the way, the road leads to the Arameras Beach Resort and to the more expensive and crowded beaches of Arameras and Pema e Thatë ("Dry Tree").
