From this roof of the world, the 360° view over the Béarn plain, the inland Basque country and the Barétous valley is astonishing. Nous étions une cinquantaine, et nous sommes repartis le ventre creux! Un scandale!
Pas d'apéritif et pas de nappe, garbure moyenne, même assiette pour sauté de porc (3 petits dés par personne), riz très collant, tarte aux pommes (on voyait à travers la pâte), café.
