Le pain et les baguettes sont excellents et bien artisanaux!
Le biscuit de Savoie est à tomber.
L'accueil est cordial et toujours souriant.

Du vol manifeste !!! 1,5€ la baguette tradition du niveau d'un industriel de type grande distribution. Une vulgaire baguette. Mention spéciale au dessous de la baguette typique grande distribution.
Des boulangers ???

Tout est bon chez Ballin!

Des croissants croustillants et des pains au très bon chocolat pour vous mettre de très bonne humeur dés le matin. Et ensuite des pâtisseries toutes aussi bonnes les unes que les autres: au chocolat, myrtille, citron, et tout et tout... Des cakes aussi. Du pain aussi bien sûr, des bonnes baguettes et du pain montagnard. Beaucoup de choix, pour tous les goûts. Tout est toujours frais, n’hésitez pas... sans modération! Vous êtes chez un super pâtissier.
Fait aussi salon de thé pour un petit goûter au chocolat chaud, un thé ou un citron pressé.
Moi j’adore, depuis 15 ans. Dommage que je ne séjourne aux Carroz d’Araches qu’une semaine par an à la Noël!

J'habite à l'année aux Carroz d'Araches, et je peux vous assurer que la "pâtisserie Ballin" n'est qu'un attrape touristes... Pour preuve : elle n'est ouverte qu'en saison avec des prix exorbitants ! Vous n'y trouverez que des touristes...

I spent a week to les Carroz and I spent many times in this pastry. The three saleswomen, brown, were super nice, friendly and very pleasant on that is a pleasure to see a so good agreement even between the saleswomen.
The products are good and there is a wide range of products.
However small flat for friendly owner itself and a lack of rather regular bread.
If not as a: Brilliant!

I have to spend my holidays carroz of the 13/01 to the 1/19/2013. the Ballin pastry is very good for its bread and pastries. The ecuadorian saleswomen very welcoming I think has a saleswoman come from north until it is very friendly and efficient, it is very rare to see a pastry which all, quality and service. Hat with the owner for their staff and the quality ingredients. Highly next year.
