Monument erected in 1873 in Port-Bail-sur-Mer, the bridge with the XIII Arches, impressive by its architecture and its materials.
The monument, erected in 1873, is impressive in its architecture and materials, and is highly resistant to time and the elements. It separates the south harbour from the north harbour and leads from the town of Portbail to the beach. At low tide, a few fishermen gather under the arches to catch shrimp or bass. At high tide, and especially when the tidal coefficients are high, the impression of walking on the water is completely bluffing and striking!
