In a pretty setting with wood-panelled walls adorned with paintings, the menu features large salads with poetic names. The vegetables are bought in the morning at the market. Although the restaurant offers mainly vegetarian dishes, there are also other options, such as pizzas and dishes influenced by world cuisine. It's also the ideal place to enjoy a cup of tea or a homemade fruit/vegetable juice. Reservations recommended.

An invitation to travel by rail before its time... The establishment is housed in the former lounge formerly reserved for the first classes, and takes us back in time to 1916. The setting is perfect, and everything has been refurbished: wood panelling, stained glass windows, canvases depicting the eternal Matterhorn and typical Swiss landscapes. Vegetarians and vegans will find what they're looking for, with a choice of dishes rivalling in creativity. The buffet is rich, very rich, offering "world cuisine" and traditional Swiss dishes. Simply excellent.
