In the beautiful setting of Geneva's prestigious five-star Métropole Hotel, Gusto invites for a unique moment of high Italian gastronomy. Set in a very elegant decor with harmonious shades of ecru and caramel, the recipes are faithful to Italian gastronomy and culinary generosity (home-made pasta). A simple presentation requires great mastery and the know-how is the secret of a great chef. Here you will be surprised by the audacious and modern dishes. The artistic presentation and quality products guarantee wonderful flavours. The dishes are mouth-watering with lightly smoked roasted squid and vitelotte potatoes, coloured peppers and Treviso salad or the local veal chop cooked in a sauté pan with aubergine caviar, dried tomatoes and roasted artichokes. The subtle Italian tones will delicately delight your taste buds. You will enjoy a culinary explosion while savouring your dessert with the olive oil biscuit, creamy lime, raspberry confit and lime basil sorbet. An exposed cellar will delight lovers of good wines by the glass. Laurent Neel, the wine-waiter, offers the intensity and delicacies of each wine. In summer, the terrace is fantastic on Place Métropole which is opposite the English Garden.

This little Garden of Eden overlooks a crossroads where the sound of water from the fountain accompanies you during your gourmet break. The cosy dining room features comfortable banquettes in colors reminiscent of nature: yellow for the sun, green for the fields... It's a challenge to offer 100% vegan burgers, from bowls to falafels. A charming place to come to enjoy a basil-scented fruit juice and a miso soup with rice vermicelli. A charming address!

The Sunset offers a spacious and bright setting. Its decoration is discreet in pastel tones evoking bucolic nature. We appreciate to come and drink a Sunset lassi made with carrots and apples prepared at the minute. The chef is full of inventiveness to come up with a new menu and tempting suggestions every week. Among them, the unmistakable pita and its plate of crudités, the potato and fresh cheese roasts or the peppers stuffed with quinoa. Healthy, fresh and varied, these are the imperatives of a good meal.
