Orchestrated by Gilles Granziero and Richard Terrochaire, the kitchen offers a wide choice of meats: from Kobe beef to Irish lamb and Geneva pork, the pieces are selected and prepared by a butcher on site.

Part of the Pro Juventute Genève foundation, Un R de Famille offers newspapers, WiFi and games for children, and serves cuisine made from fresh produce. Interesting brunches. Dishes are tasty and healthy. Our toddlers are kings and everything is done for them. That said, reviews of the quality of the welcome are very uneven; some are more than lukewarm.

This little Garden of Eden overlooks a crossroads where the sound of water from the fountain accompanies you during your gourmet break. The cosy dining room features comfortable banquettes in colors reminiscent of nature: yellow for the sun, green for the fields... It's a challenge to offer 100% vegan burgers, from bowls to falafels. With its panoramic view over the lake, the restaurant is especially worth a visit in summer to enjoy the terrace. In winter, on the other hand, the site can be noisy under the glass roof, but very pleasant in the shade under the parasols on sunny days. Facing the monument to Brunswick, a true dandy and colorful character who bequeathed his entire fortune (22 million gold francs in 1873) for a monument dedicated to him, the Cottage Café is a charming spot for lunch in the heart of Geneva. There's no better place to recharge your batteries.

It's the name of the fish of the founder of these three franchises in France and Switzerland, not the name of a character from a Marcel Carné film! The gastronomy is of American influence, offering the unavoidable tuna and avocado sandwiches, burgers, French toasts, pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes, carrot cakes... In a subdued and muffled atmosphere, you will be well installed on the aged sofas to enjoy your weekend brunch. Everything is home-made, it's excellent. Good Sunday brunch, copious, to recover from a wild evening the day before!

As the name suggests, carnivorous friends, you can sink your teeth into delicious ribs. In this place with a trendy decor, combining the elegance of wood and steel with the originality of walls painted in purple, the dishes are copious and excellent. For those who are not so keen on the speciality, the restaurant offers almost every type of meat on the menu. In the evening, the Entrecôte Saint-Jean becomes a bar with a good atmosphere. The sense of the customer is with the honor, with an excellent reception, it is important to underline!

Still for small budgets, it is the same concept as the restaurant installed in the old town (you will also find them in the Grand-Saconnex and Saint-Gervais districts, all belonging to the same chain). They serve a half roasted chicken with roasted potatoes and salad. It is not a refined cuisine, but the chicken is good as well as the quality/price ratio. The concept is excellent and the address to remember, restaurants with low prices and real dishes are rare in Geneva! Salads are also available.

Still during your exploration of the old town, you will not miss the wooded front of this restaurant. This one offers great Swiss classics, like the unavoidable fondues, with champagne, morels, half and half, fresh tomatoes and boletus... or fondues bourguignonnes. If you are not aficionados, you can fall back on the entrecote or the perch fillets. Enough to recharge your batteries to continue your visits.

So, a glass of good wine to end a day at a hundred miles an hour? Then you can try some colorful dishes. Depending on the inspiration of the moment, you can choose between a grilled octopus, a codfish steak, tapas - a description just to give you an idea, the menu changing very regularly. The Sunset offers a spacious and bright setting. Its decoration is discreet in pastel tones evoking bucolic nature. We appreciate to come and drink a Sunset lassi made with carrots and apples prepared at the minute. The chef is full of inventiveness to come up with a new menu and tempting suggestions every week. Among them, the unmistakable pita and its plate of crudités, the potato and fresh cheese roasts or the peppers stuffed with quinoa. Healthy, fresh and varied, these are the imperatives of a good meal.

It is a food court on an island, on the Rhone river not far from the BFM. The setting is very original. The stands are installed in an old industrial building. The site has three terraces. Singaporean, Vietnamese, Indian, South American or European cuisine is offered. At the back, the terrace could give the impression to be on the stern of a boat. The place is much more worth a stop for a cocktail in the summer than for its gastronomy or service. At the time of writing, the Grand Central concept is evolving.
