After years during which the establishment was managed by the Roupsard family, this famous butcher’s shop on Avenue de la République became the home of two young - but experienced - professionals, Samuel Addes and Valentin Cheron. We will mainly remember the delicious dishes made on-site, and the possibility of using their services for private events.
