Sur 50 huitres, 8 n'etaient pas consommables (vides ou sableuses), les autres mal calibrées. A éviter absolument.

Cette maison n est vraiment plus ce qu elle était. Mon avis repose sur plusieurs achats. Huitres mal calibrées beaucoup ont une coquille biscornue et manquent de matiere a l interieur. Dernier achat il y a 8 jours 3 douzaines donr 4 huitres completement sèches !!!! Et ce n est malheureusement pas la première fois que ça arrive.
En ce qui me concerne je n y remettrai jamais les pieds.
