If you pass by the splendid little Cour Marie, in the heart of Cherbourg, you may have smelled the sweet scents that fill the place. Nothing unusual: for some time now, there has been a biscuit factory unlike any other, called La Sirène du Cotentin. The young Anouchka Perrine-Forest is behind this beautiful initiative. Her credo: to make her delicacies with a maximum of local products, and we have to admit it: it’s delicious! Beware, the shop is regularly - and logically - sold out. The best thing is to arrive early!
