Town hall - Local authority Cherbourg-En-Cotentin

An imposing building in the heart of the city, the City Hotel was, until the merger of Cherbourg and Octeville, the only town hall in the city, which now counts an appendix on the heights. Opened every day of the ouvrée week, the place, steeped in history, especially at the time of allied liberation, offers ventilated and functional spaces. Note on the side of the building, entering the Rue de la Paix, a large souvenir plaque dedicated to events in the city upon release.
