A pyramid, the work of artist-sculptor Pascal Morabito, has been added to the château grounds.
Hard to miss. To celebrate the arrival of the year 2000, a pyramid, the work of artist-sculptor Pascal Morabito, has been added to the château grounds. Although its dimensions are nowhere near those of the Louvre, its originality lies in the fact that it houses exactly 2,000 memorabilia items, mainly relics from the Second World War. Made of sand from nearby beaches, it has been designed so that, over the decades, the natural erosion of its components will reveal these objects once again.

La Pyramide de la Mémoire est un monument qui se trouve dans la cour du Château de Bricquebec-En-Cotentin. Insolite et curieux, tout s'éclaire à la lecture du panonceau explicatif. A ne pas rater, selon moi !
