Ban Sinsai is located on the shores of Nam Noi. The village of Sinsai represents an intermediate stop between Oudom Xai and Phongsali but does not show great interest. However, to go to bus from Phongsali to Muang Khoua by road, change is done here in Sinsai. There are two small restaurants and a guesthouse offering 5 very summary rooms.
