The Fränkisches Brauereimuseum offers a journey through the history of beer under the historic vaults of the former Michelsberg Brewery. The history of beer here dates back to 1122, when the Benedictine Abbey of Michelsberg was founded. The brewhouse, the malt house, the fermentation and storage cellar, the ice house, the cooperage, the filtration and the bottling and kegging: you will discover all the equipment necessary for the production of the best beverage.
