A family bakery in the centre of Bamberg.

Whether you're coming home from a long evening or just getting up early, you'll have the most choice in this small family-run bakery well before 9am. There are all kinds of breads, including the famous Bamberger Butterhörnchen, the Bamberg squirrel, as well as delicious pretzels and of course Kapuziner, the shortcrust pastry that gives the bakery its name. It is a family business with a history dating back to 1962! Since 2007, the bakery is managed by the third generation.
