Hotel perched on the heights of the city, with terraces offering a superb panoramic view of the bay of Porto Grande
It's a blue house perched in the hills, a stone's throw from the center of town. Its 9 apartments have en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, a safe and air conditioning in six of them. The panoramic views of Porto Grande Bay from the shared terraces and the five private room terraces are superb. A great address for all budgets. To find out more, ask the cab driver to take you to the former residence of composer Vasco Martins.

We invite you to spend some quality time in the sun of Cape Verde, an archipelago of ten islands off the coast of Senegal.
This young state, a former Portuguese colony that became independent in 1975, is now the new must-see destination for hiking, board sports, scuba diving, canyoning and sport fishing.
Mindelo, its cultural and artistic capital, at the crossroads of three continents, is renowned for its joie de vivre and art of living, its famous Carnival, its music, dances and songs, the Morna and Coladera, known the world over thanks to our neighbor Césaria Evora.
From our little hotel residence, you'll have one of the most beautiful views you could hope for. You'll overlook the whole city, from the bay of Porto Grande, reputed to be one of the most beautiful in the world, to Monte Cara and, just opposite, the island of Santo Antão, whose splendid landscapes and abysses you won't want to miss along the "Estrada da Corda" (rope road).
We're close to all amenities, with "Praça Nova", the city center, just a 5-minute walk away, boats to Santo Antão and São Nicolau 10 minutes away, and "Lagninha" beach 15.

We slept here only one night, but the experience was great. Bedroom was comfortable, bathroom was clean and the internet worked very well. I have to mention that the breakfast was decent as well. Lady was also helpful and managed taxi tranfer for us.

Superbe séjour dans ce charmant établissement, il y règne une atmosphere sereine et apaisante. La vue sur la baie de mindelo est magnifique, toute l équipe est aux petits soins, conseils et services à la demande. Connexion wifi facile .
Les chambres sont spacieuses, les petits déjeuners sont copieux.
Un havre de paix à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte.

Super accueil, ils parlent très bien français et donnent des conseils sur la vie à Mindelo, belle chambre, magnifique vue et très bon petit dej ! On recommande !

Very clean hotel, super friendly staff, big breakfast, amazing sunset views over Mindelo. We stayed there 4 nights and would definitely come back. Most of their rooms have ocean views and are spacious. Walking distance (5min) from the main centre with plenty of restaurant options. If you don't like walking uphill back to the hotel you could also get a taxi for 1,5€. Excellent place for new year's eve to watch the fireworks.
