The casa has 5 rooms and 3 comfortable mini-apartments with safe, private bathroom, fan and TV, available to rent by the day, week or month. Internet access is available throughout the house. The address is located in the crucial part of the city center, 300 m from Laginha and Praça Nova, not far from the port.

Appreciated Italian family "B-B", great breakfast on the roof terrace, know-how, it really feels like home, has 5 rooms and 3 comfortable mini-apartments with safe, private bathroom with bidet, hot water, microfiber bathrobes, phone, fans, (air conditioning on request), television and free internet access in the breakfast room, (on request: a refrigerator, washing clothes). Located in the crucial position in the center of the city of Mindelo, (300m. from the beautiful "Praia Laginha", 300m. from "Praça Nova", 500m. from the port. Quiet neighborhood with paved roads, nearby are the police command and two private clinics.
