Opened in 2005, this classy restaurant is nestled on the roof of a building, offering a beautiful view of the city and its harbour from its large windows or its terrace, when the weather permits. The food is good, with many Icelandic recipes and fresh produce, and the subdued decor is ideal for a meal for two. It is also possible to opt for a brunch on weekends between 12 and 2pm. If you take away, you can get a 20% discount. Don't forget to book as the place fills up quickly!

Si vous ne devez vous faire qu’un seul resto en Islande, réservez chez strikkid. Un service impeccable, une créativité et une générosité dans les plats, et ce avec la plus belle vue de la ville. Nous avions pris le menu 3 plats avec en entrée des maki de langoustines (exceptionnelles), en plat un pavé de saumon avec des légumes de saisons (euh 2 pavés de saumon par personne, tendres et fondants) et un dessert créatif et coloré. Un semi-gastro qui vaut le détour!
