This accommodation is located 6 km from Kirkjubæjarklaustur (access via road 204) and an hour's drive from Skaftafell. With views of the countryside, this family-run property offers traditional Icelandic cuisine and a furnished terrace. Free parking is provided. Some rooms have a beautiful view of Vatnajökull. The reception is also very friendly and the natural setting is incredible for hiking. You feel welcome and in a setting that is conducive to letting go.

It was a convenient location for us on our way back along the ring road. Breakfast was included, and the rooms were clean. I only wish they had blackout curtains, but we had a goodnight sleep nevertheless.
The bar and restaurant on the 3rd floor was very nice with lovely views. Dinner buffet was 7,500 ISK.

Rooms are worn out, need renovation. Expensive given the quality. On the other hand, breakfast was one of the better ones that we had in Iceland.

Horrible sitio, experiencia y trato. El desayuno se ofrece en 5 metros cuadrados para 100 personas, muy, muy malo. Los bungalows muy baja calidad, muy sucios, entra luz por todas partes. NO RECOMENDABLE!!
