La Palette is a restaurant located in Capri, on the Matermania plateau. It offers Mediterranean cuisine with a refined touch. Dishes are prepared usingfresh ingredients, fruit and vegetables harvested from the gardens surrounding the restaurant. To complete the gastronomic proposal, La Palette boasts a vast cellar of over four hundred labels with a local and regional Italian selection, as well as excellent French champagnes .You can also sip cocktails, grappa, gin and rum from around the world...
