La Lie will soon be celebrating its 15th anniversary, and the success story continues! This organic, artisanal Normandy beer, with its well-established reputation, takes pride of place on the best tables. The brainchild of Erika, François and Pierre-Louis, their protégée was the first beer brewed in Calvados. Made from organic and local ingredients (the hops come from the Manche region), it is brewed by hand. You'll be seduced by the diversity of recipes and special cuvées. The boutique offers a warm welcome and sound advice.
