SAINT-GERMAIN LE VASSON WOODS
The Bois de Saint-Germain Le Vasson, 40 ha of woodland in the heart of a preserved countryside, is located in the west of the commune.
To the west of the commune, 40 hectares of woodland lie in the heart of unspoilt countryside. This woodland of chestnut, oak, ash and beech straddles streams and rivers, with the Laize, a tributary of the Orne, winding its way through green meadows grazed by flocks. This river, the source of the valley's industrial activity, attracts anglers thanks to the quality of its water. A number of footpaths await the visitor for a relaxing break in the heart of nature.
