A company offering for rent villas and apartments by the sea in Empuries.

This family business offers villas and apartments for rent, all located by the sea. Rental is from owner to tenant. The fourteen villas that accommodate 6 to 8 people are located in the north of the village, next to the beach. Common areas: a garden, a central swimming pool and a solarium. The apartments are located in a complex, "La Palmera", in the central square of Sant Martí, with sea views for the most part, if not overlooking the square. Almost all of them have terraces.

Primero de todo comentar que paguemos 599€ por cuatro días y tres noches ,nos dieron una lavadora rota ,avisemos a la que nos atendía y dio la llave Melania una chica que va de simpática y nos dejó una mañana esperándola ,cortándolos el teléfono y hablándonos de mala maneras,pedimos esplicackoned al superior y nos dijo que la habíamos llamado a la ocho la mañana cosa que esa mentira ,nos dejó recuperar el tiempo perdido el dia de la salida y loa que insistí una y otra vez que no nos ivanos a ir sin el dinero o el tiempo perdido ,los trabajadores de allí son magníficos de limpieza,el de jardinería ,pero eso sí Melania si tú problema es que eres como eres de arrogante y prepotente y te nos as tirado toda la mañana mirando desafiando ,luego no esperes que se te recomiende ,no sé qué juego tendrás con tu jefe ,pero faltarme al respeto a mí y a mi mujer ,no le deseo a nadie ir Ali ,y si se va hablar con Josep el jefe que el sí que es atento y amable ,al igual que el recepcionista, Si no fuera por ti Melania ese complejo sería encantador ,espero futuramente que te haga falta ayuda y te den lo que nos as dado a nosotros, (mucha falta de educación,chillidos, y prepotencia )

Tollen Urlaub gehabt. Häuser entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Lage mit 5 Minuten in den Ort und 5 Minuten zum Sandstrand (Zeitangabe ist bepackt mit Kindern) ist super. Das Areal ist gepflegt und der Gemeinschaftspool groß. In der Hauptsaison nicht voll. Auch die Tischtennisplatte war OK und das Trampolin gut. Jedes Haus hat einen Parkplatz und man kann sogar noch einen zweiten auf dem Gelände bekommen. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Auch Strandsachen und Boards können sauber gemacht werden. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Jeden Tag vor Ort. Es gibt auf dem Gelände mehrere Häuser aber an sich ruhig. Restaurants befinden sich in 5-20 Gehminuten und sind gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Nachbarort viel Aldi, Lidl und Supermärkte sind in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Also wir hatten eine tolle Zeit kommen gerne wieder und haben nur die Spülmaschine vermisst. Diese war aber auch nicht angeben. Tipp wie in jedem Ferienhaus scharfes Messer mitnehmen. Gasherd war gut ausgestattet. Mücken gibt es aber zum mindest bei unserem Besuch nicht viele.
