Dormitories are well maintained, bathrooms are to be shared but they are cleaned regularly. The hostel also has a bar and common rooms with TV, internet access, games room, washing machines, catering service, all in the heart of Camden, in a neighborhood that moves much, especially in the evening with its famous bars and nightclubs.

I sadly was not able to stay in the rooms but I just wanted to speak on the kindness and service offered towards me. I accidentally booked a bed for the wrong day and the woman at reception could not be more helpful in giving me recommendations and going so far as to walk outside to point me in the right direction to the other hostel. She also helped me with my cancellation as well. Five star service.

Stayed for 6 nights. Had a great time. Pros: Comfortable beds, hot showers, spacious under the bed cages(but won’t fit your biggest luggage), great location; had nice windows that opened and blackout curtains too. All staff were nice and responsive with all our needs. Breakfast was yummy and they have this nice cappuccino/mocha machine. Bruno, Marcio, and Reina were great. Thanks guys.

Cons: not much to speak of. If I had to be picky, the beds were a little narrow, the storage was large but couldn't hold the biggest of suitcases, the room door slammed behind you no matter if you tried to close it gently.

Never stayed in such a disgusting hostel. It really was the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. The bathrooms were disgusting, almost every toilet was out of order (also the one in our bedroom) and the others were absolutely hideous. The eight bed room was cold, because one of the windows was leaking and the heaters were off. We asked at the reception about it, and they just gave us a second blanket.
Would definitely not recommend this place, and will not come back.
