150 years ago, Andrea Rosa invented one of the first home catering services. He would travel to the city's palaces to prepare prestigious lunches, quickly making a name for himself in the field of fine cuisine and pastry. The store in Calle Fiubera, with its old-fashioned storefront, embodies this remarkable family history. Salva's cakes and pies are renowned for the quality of their dough and cream. All the traditional Venetian cookies are also here.
