The most famous rotisserie in the lagoon. Exquisite specialities, on the spot or to take away, in a good-natured atmosphere.

Rosticceria Gislon has been a familiar sight to Venetians since 1938. It distills a rich counter of specialties such as mozzarella in carrozza with anchovies and, above all, prosciutto (ham), which is the brand's trademark. You can also enjoy arancini, baccalà mantecato (one of the best in town), spaghetti with clams and other traditional Venetian specialties. Lunch or dinner is served on site, either self-service on the first floor or at a table upstairs.

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale con amici.L'ambiente è informale ma il cibo ottimo, consiglio soprattutto il baccalà, sia mantecato che alla vicentina. Il personale è cortese ed accogliente, i prezzi più economici della media di Venezia, torneremo sicuramente!
