The most famous rotisserie in the lagoon. Exquisite specialities, on the spot or to take away, in a good-natured atmosphere.

Rosticceria Gislon has been a familiar sight to Venetians since 1938. It distills a rich counter of specialties such as mozzarella in carrozza with anchovies and, above all, prosciutto (ham), which is the brand's trademark. You can also enjoy arancini, baccalà mantecato (one of the best in town), spaghetti with clams and other traditional Venetian specialties. Lunch or dinner is served on site, either self-service on the first floor or at a table upstairs.

Devo dire che la qualità è migliore di tempo fa.. Le mozzarelle in carrozza avevano sarde no alacce come un tempo.. Baccalà buono

Rosticceria Gislon sempre una sicurezza delle nostre gite a Venezia. Comodo, situato a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto, dispone di piatti tipici veneziani. Non si possono non prendere le mozzarelle in carrozza, una specialità! E non possono mancare i vari spritz e vini. Personale rapido, il cibo si può mangiare sia seduti tranquilli all’interno della rosticceria, sia da asporto per le calli di Venezia.
Consigliatissimo considerando anche i prezzi! ????????

Fantastico posto a pochi passi dal ponte di Rialto in pieno centro a Venezia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e mozzarelle in carrozza alle acciughe..che ancora me le sogno la notte!!!se andate a venezia e non volete svenarvi, andate lì!servizio discreto e veloce.
