The most famous rotisserie in the lagoon. Exquisite specialities, on the spot or to take away, in a good-natured atmosphere.

Rosticceria Gislon has been a familiar sight to Venetians since 1938. It distills a rich counter of specialties such as mozzarella in carrozza with anchovies and, above all, prosciutto (ham), which is the brand's trademark. You can also enjoy arancini, baccalà mantecato (one of the best in town), spaghetti with clams and other traditional Venetian specialties. Lunch or dinner is served on site, either self-service on the first floor or at a table upstairs.

J'ai essayé les crevettes et les calmars frits avec une gelée de maïs, c'était très bon... le goût était agréable et frais. L'endroit était confortable et agréable, idéal pour manger rapidement et continuer à visiter la ville

Des croquettes de pommes de terre au goût d'acide/ammoniaque, avec ce que ça coûte tout doit être frais ! On faisait de la bonne mozzarella dans les carrozza....

La mozzarella in carrozza est un must à Venise. Nous y avons séjourné il y a plus de 10 ans et sommes tombés amoureux de la mozzarella in carrozza et du baccalà mantecato. Plus de 10 ans plus tard, nous y sommes retournés et la mozzarella in carrozza est toujours aussi bonne à un prix abordable (3 euros l'unité). Je vous recommande d'y aller si vous êtes à Venise, vous pouvez facilement vous y rendre à pied depuis S. Marco et Rialto.
