This bakery in the centre of Turin offers 100% natural bread, free of brewer's yeast, palm oil, preservatives, sugar and many other ingredients often used in bread making. Panacea is in fact part of the Filiera della Farina di Stupinigi, a social cooperative that produces flour in a natural way not far from Turin, and then makes bread with natural leaven (here called pasta madre). The employees will be happy to explain this process to you.

Ogni volta che passo da Panacea mi stupisce la gentilezza sincera delle persone dietro al banco, anche a fine giornata, magari stanchi, regalano sempre un sorriso ( oltre che qualche biscottino!!) e si esce contenti e con del pane che fa bene alla salute. Grazie e a presto!

Sono stata servita da una ragazza che non solo è stata molto gentile ma mi ha anche consigliato bene la tipologia di pane di cui avevo bisogno.
Nonostante ben diverso da quello a cui sono abituata, essendo molisana, il pane è stato ottimo.
In più per evitare gli sprechi di fine giornata mi ha anche regalato un pezzo di pizza a scelta.
Tornerò sicuramente.
