The bakery L’Epi d’Or, in the heart of Pont-l’Evêque, has built up such a reputation that it attracts most Parisians who come to the Pays d’Auge for a weekend or holiday. During the holidays and especially on weekends, you have to come very early in the morning to avoid seeing a line that runs in front of the other nearby stores.
