For family celebrations, holiday colonies and meetings of all kinds, this group cottage is the perfect place to stay. And not content to offer pro cuisine, dining room and possibly festive room to those who rent it, it puts nature on its side: surrounded by a river (Orne), cliffs and a wood, the Moulin-Neuf is a pleasant property to live, for a day or a week. The oldest part, covered with virgin vines, dominates the more recent but equally spacious premises. A space that, in view of the tastefully needed rooms (beds, the health care being common on the floor), makes the household chores very easy. Managed by the outdoor base, you can enjoy the activities of the Air, located 1 km away, if the bowls and ping pong on the spot are not enough to distract you. You will understand that it is prudent, for a place so coveted, to reserve one year in advance!

Au deuxième étage, si une douche est utilisée, l' autre s' arrête de fonctionner faute de pression. Idem pour la température de la douche même en respectant vos consignes écrites. Pour les couvertures, je me suis fié à la vidéo et j' étais donc persuadé qu' il y en avait. Payer pour les draps c' est logique mais pour les couvertures c' est une première en 15 ans de club qui loue 3 fois par an.
