In this bakery-patisserie run by Anaïs and Fabian, every visit is full of surprises. Of course, homemade breads and viennoiseries are the order of the day, but it's their sweet creations that make you fall in love: farmer's flan (a real treat!), praline and crispy puff pastry versions, gourmet puff pastry squares... For the holidays: Valentine's Day love apples, special Father's Day flans, trompe-l'œil egg boxes for Easter. There's simply not enough room to talk about all their wonders! J'arrive aujourd'hui, on me la présente, elle est jolie d'aspect (beau dôme au glaçage jaune).
Arrive la dégustation : un gâteau surgelé alors que l'on ne m'a pas avisé. Je pensais qu'il avait été fait pour moi, pour ma commande. Encore surgelé lors du soufflage des bougies ????
Ensuite : un gâteau absolument pas construit : juste une base de biscuit, et une "gélatine (trop) citronnée" en guise de gâteau.
Le glaçage est très beau mais se décolle en une plaque gélatineuse.
Moralité très déçu, hélas ça part à la poubelle...
Points positifs : tarif correct et bel aspect du gâteau
Points négatifs : pauvreté gustative, gélatineux, surgelé alors que je pensais avoir un gâteau frais, fait pour ma commande
Service parfait, serveurs aimables.
Je recommande vivement !
