It's a bakery that's in full swing from early morning onwards, when the queue grows on the sidewalk of Pearse Street. While you wait to pick up your organic bread or sit down to one of their delicious pastries (our palate still remembers their cruffin, a cross between a muffin and a croissant!), you can admire the little hands at work supplying you with traditional breads, croissants and other savory puff pastries. Behind the glass, a veritable machine is at work (64 employees!). Three other locations in the capital.
