In 1780, the building first served as a barracks for the then policemen, called the sausages, then it was turned into a hospital before becoming a hotel. It is located in one of the city's most lively districts. Just at the entrance to the street every evening, a baker prepares bread and brioches of the day. Oh, these little cinnamon brioches still warm!
