A very small museum but its particularity is to be underground. On St Clement's square, and under the Nordea bank! It has been installed on the very site of the archaeological excavations conducted during the 1960s. In this small room, we discover the bases of the viking rampart, a model of the viking village of Aarhus as well as some objects of the daily life, a rune stone. It offers an intimate alternative to the main museum, Moesgaard.
