You're in the Latin Quarter, the oldest part of the city around Pustervig Torv, its main square. A rich cultural life with small stages for live music, studios, galleries and workshops. Some houses date back to the 15thcentury . Its most remarkable street is Mejlgade "the middle street". It joins the area around the cathedral, Skolegade Street, and the Østbanetorvet train station, at the entrance to the old fishing port. Characteristic shops and courtyards, including at no. 53, the Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke café, an institution!
