As you stroll through Vesterbro, the Siciliansk Is sign is sure to catch your eye. And with good reason: there's plenty to salivate over. A hand holding an ice cream cone points to... an ice cream parlour. A Danish ice cream maker inspired by Sicilian flavors such as tangerine, lemon and almonds that are to die for... deliciousness. We're enchanted by the saffron, rose, pistachio, lemon zest and olive oil ice cream. However, local flavors are not forgotten: koldskaal (fresh yogurt eaten when the weather's nice) or the unavoidable lakrids (licorice).
