A delicatessen with an epicurean concept... french but not only! On the shelves, a wide choice of wine, fresh bread, cheese and other delicacies born of artisanal know-how. A warm décor inspired by pre-war shops, cellars and pantry of back kitchens where it was good to steal a little something to nibble on! Daniel Letz, a native of Alsace, put his knowledge of smoking at the service of the house's salmon and herring. Convivial tastings are regularly organised around the long farm table.
