As its English name suggests, this restaurant serves a cuisine based on food that is mostly organic and eaten raw. A cuisine in which the vegetable is served in all its variations: fruit, vegetables, sprouted seeds, berries, oilseeds. The dishes are prepared without eggs, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan.
