Travel Guide Kinyinya

In the centre of the Kumoso, Kinyinya is located 40 km south-east of Ruyigi by track (not terrible). It is one of the communities closest to the Tanzanian border. To get there, we descend the slopes of the Mpungwe Mountains while admiring the depression of the Kumoso, very large at this place (30 km of savanes from low altitude to the Rivières and Rumpungwe rivers). The whole is on a pioneer front where agriculture is making progress and demography too.In addition to Kinyinya, one can join, more south, by a road in latérite (RN 11, 48 km), Establishment and the sugar cane plantations of the Sucrière Sugar Company (Sosumo). No regular transport on this route, and auto-stop very unlikely.
