Read moreAnother place that only Sampa knows how to produce. It's a parrillada restaurant, but it's not really a parrillada restaurant. Rather, it's a restaurant-school that teaches the art of parrillada, gastronomic experiences taught by a... gastronomic brotherhood like those that exist in France. "Los Pibes" teaches the art of preparing meat gaucha-style. Argentinian master Chico Mancuso and Uruguayan master Alan Edelstein have the art of turning this experience into a real success. Finally, the premises are very pleasant, combining wood and brick.
