" The gallery does not show representative artists of a school but supports any strong, structured, international approach, far from New Orientalismes and other folklores. It is inspired paint, clarity, light and rooted in a culture of the South. The authenticity of vision, its universality, is one of its first criteria». It was in November 2006 that Lucien Viola inaugurated Galerie Re. In the program, exhibitions and facilities, meetings and debates, presentations of works, performances of art and music… The challenge of this gallery is to foster dialogue and meeting between the artists of Morocco and the Mediterranean basin.
