Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable nous étions deux amis, nous avons séjourné du 16 au 21 mars 2024 dans un cadre très typique un personnel plus que gentil toujours à répondre à la moindre question et vous rendre service pour l'achat de billets réservations etc très propre an niveau du ménage vraiment je vous conseil cet endroit en plus très calme.

Excellent accueil, très bel endroit, très calme au regard du brouhaha extérieur .Quelques fruits frais le matin seraient les bienvenus et un minibar dans la chambre.

Es precioso, lo recomiendo muy buena atención hacia los clientes, además de que se esta con mucha tranquilidad y se puede descansar después de un día de caos.

Servicio excelente, muy amables y respetuosos. Limpieza perfecta y habitaciones acojedoras. Muy recomendable. Acceso complicado sin gps en el casco antiguo . Desayuno sencillo pero nutritivo. Un placer absoluto dentro del caos de la Medina

Amazing experience, especially as it was my first time travelling to Morocco. Khalid was exceptional and made us feel very welcome and facilitated all our request. Will book this Riad again when c9ming to Morocco.

Accueil très chaleureux et cadre parfait alliant confort et tradition. Le Riad est très calme et idéalement situé pour découvrir la Médina. Petits déjeuners délicieux et copieux.

Estancia perfecta, el trato genial, el desayuno perfecto y la opcion de dar el desayuno para llevar. Nos han impreso el billete de avion, nos han guardado el equipaje… la ubicación es perfecta. El mejor riad de todo marrakech

Just spent a week in the ground floor bedroom, necessary because of the wheelchair my wife uses. First impressions following Walid (the doorman etc) down the alleys full of wild cats to the front door of the Riad were a little worrying. We should not have been, once inside Kaoutar (the manager) was so warm and welcoming, perfect English speaker she helped us every day with small and large problems, our room was clean, cool and quiet. The location is really central in the Medina (the old walled heart of Marrakech) 10 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fna the huge central square. We had one of our favourite meals of the holiday in the Riad cooked by Izza and Fatima, true home cooking, absolutely delicious. Value for money incredible, staff wonderful, will definitely return.

Excellent, there are no words to describe the days I spent at the Riad.
I was better served than in other hotels I've stayed in. Excellent service from the manager and all the staff, whom I love very much.
Everything was cleaned daily.
Very good Wi-Fi (available throughout the riad).
Very comfortable rooms.
Clean and spotless bathroom.
Extremely quiet.
Incredible atmosphere and rustic, traditional space.
Very good breakfast.
Small but good pool.
There's a spacious rooftop terrace overlooking the city. It's simply marvellous at night.
They have several partnerships and an excellent booking service for tours at good prices and of great quality.
I simply loved it and if I ever come back I won't hesitate to return to Riad Aubrac.

Personal muy servicial y amable, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Lo recomendamos totalmente. El desayuno excelente. También recomendamos contratar el taxi para al menos la ida al riad porque es difícil encontrarlo.

Riad com localização na primeira chegada algo confusa, depois super facil la chegar.
Pequeno almoço excelente.
Pessoal super simpático e prestável.
Wi-Fi deveria melhorar.
Quartos super confortáveis, apartir das 24h super silencioso, quarto sem TV.
No topo do Riad é possivel assistir ao por do sol.
Piscina nao deve ser considerada, apenas pequeno espaço para repouso e nada mais.
Mas aconselho a quem quer aproveitar dia na Medina e a noite para repousar. Têm tambem aceso atravez deles a alguns tour o que é agradavel e confortável.

¡Fabuloso! De primeras contratamos el servicio de recogida y salida al aeropuerto hasta el Riad ya que al ir llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada, cuando llegamos la habitación no la tenia preparada, la estancia en este lugar ha sido fantástica sin ningún tipo de problema, y a cualquier hora estaba disponible, te da su teléfono para que en cualquier momento puedas escribirle nosotros algún día llegamos a las 2,3 de la mañana y no tuvimos ningún problema, el camino de la plaza al riad te lo aprendes el primer día, por la mañana un buen desayuno típico marroquí, también tiene servicio de comida pero nosotros siempre comer y cenar era fuera, la habitación limpia y en orden, personal amable, ubicación buena volvería a repetir en este lugar.

Absolutely had the most wonderful stay!
The hosts are very accommodating, even providing breakfast later than usual one 1 of our days as we'd told them we'd be out at 4am for a tour & back around 11:30am. They provide a great traditional tea (or other drinks), which is beautiful to have in the evening in their "media/chill" room or around the pool. The hosts are available 24/7 & will help however you need, but also are not interfering if you just come & go doing your own thing.
The place is very clean. It's traditional & comfortable.
WiFi is good. It is available in most areas (room, pool, chill area).
Location is brilliant. It's down a small little alley way off a different alley way from the main paths (sounds confusing, but great & easy). It's quiet, but super close to the markets & places of interest.
My only 2 reasons for the 4 stars on the room & not 5: The AC could probably do with a deap clean (it would save them power & work better). The shower head wall mount isn't the best... Both these "issues" are typical for the Marrakech though (their standards are of course different).
Overall though, still 5 stars! I would 100% stay there again. Thank you :)

Le monsieur de l'accueil est adorable et souriant à n'importe quelle heure. Ils s'adaptent à nos journées sur demande, si vous devez partir plus tôt vous pouvez demander que votre petit déjeuné soit servi plus tôt. La chambre était propre et calme. Le riad dans l'ensemble est très bien et proche de tout.

Super riad situé à 10 min à pied de la place jema El fna. Super accueil, conseils et services par Walid et kaoutar ainsi que les dames gérants le lieu. Un grand merci à Eux. Nous avons mangé un plat typique préparer par l'une des dames et ce fut un régal !! Le riad est propre et charmant avec la piscine dans la cour intérieur. Chambre super avec clim. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjours.
