This is our second visit to Les deux tours and we were worried that we wouldn't enjoy it as much the second time a it had been so special the first time. It has surpassed itself, we have stayed in another exceptionally beautiful room with its own balcony, terrace and the bathroom is in a turret! Even though we had a full day of rain we enjoyed cocktails by the fire and relaxation. The grounds are so well kept and the food and wine delicious. I think the thing that stands out most is the staff, nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile and grace. I cannot find fault with the hotel. Many thanks to all the staff.

Superbe lieu situé dans la Palmeraire. Pas très loin de la médina environ 15 minutes. Endroit calme et apaisant, parfait pour se détendre au bord de la piscine extérieure chauffée !! En début de mois de janvier, c’est royal de pouvoir se baigner à cette époque au soleil. Très agréable de pouvoir y faire une petite pause détente en dehors de la médina.
Beaux jardins et petites tortues dans les bassins. On y voit aussi les potagers et arbres fruitiers.
Le restaurant en terrasse est très bon, la cuisine délicieuse, les plats sont de haute qualité et des bons produits frais locaux et du jardin. C’est du haut de gamme.
Le service est très gentil, souriant et aux petits soins.

Le lieu est parfaitement placé, à 15 minutes de la Médina. Le lieu est calme et familial, le service et rapide et efficace. La piscine est très grande et chaude vous pouvez aussi profiter du billard ou encore du potager et du bar. Les chambre sont très qualitatives, elles sont grandes avec une décoration simple mais de qualité.

I have worked in the travel industry for years and been lucky enough to stay at some of the most incredible hotels. From a service point of view this has to be one of the best, the staff are the kindest, most gracious and warm people who go above and beyond, but they never come across too serious or make it feel stuffy. The facilities are fantastic, the design, interiors and gardens are so beautiful and unique, which I love as it doesn't feel like some huge shiny resort chain, like the Four Seasons etc. The food and drinks are both delicious, beautifully presented too. We enjoyed some of the best sushi we've ever had at the fantastic Yoshi restaurant, and as cat people we loved that they developed the brand and concept around Yoshi the cat, it just added so much personality. We loved the family of peahens free ranging around, and the terrapins too. Overall, we've had a fantastic time, eaten delicious food and truly relaxed and that has all been made possible by the wonderful staff. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back! I would like to add that the ONLY negative thing we experienced during our stay was the rudeness of some of the other guests staying, clicking their fingers at staff and generally behaving like spoilt children, but I wouldn't let that be a reason to put people off at all, maybe we just got unlucky to have booked at the same time as a select few, I'm just in awe that the staff continued to serve these particular guests with a smile on their face.
