Je ne serai pas objective puisque mon commentaire ne concerne que la personne prénommée Karim qui nous a mal reçus, voulait annuler notre réservation alors que nous avions précisé une arrivee tardive, limite arrogant lorsqu'il nous a demandé notre acte de mariage et le comble lorsque je lui ai dit que je ferai un commentaire, il m'a fait la liste de tous les réseaux sociaux sur lesquels je pouvais aller...bref insolent et aucun sens du service.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, les réceptionnistes ainsi que le personnel de l’hôtel étaient très accueillant, nous avons eut une belle chambre spacieuse et des bons petits déjeunés.

We were just passing by when they invited us to enter and check out the spa. We ended up booking a double spa experience that included the hamman and a massage (2 hours). It was really a fantastic experience! The hamman was 5 star and the massage was really relaxing! Your skin will thank you :) I recommend this spa! Staff went beyond and above to provide us the nicest experience.
