Good address in a warm atmosphere, in the heart of the medina, with a terrace with a charming pool and patio.
Just a stone's throw from the Palais Bahia and 5 minutes from Jemaâ el-Fna square, this small riad is the ideal place to explore the heart of the medina. In a warm, family atmosphere, you'll appreciate the calm of the patio, the elegant decor and the thoughtfulness of your hosts. A terrace with a small pool lets you enjoy the cool evening air after a rejuvenating treatment in the hammam. Six rooms are available, including two suites on the second floor and one overlooking the patio.

Very careful with his Riad, they overbook. We don't recommend booking there as it can ruin your holiday. We booked 5 nights in the Riad for our honeymoon and when we arrived they said they had overbooked one of the nights and they offered us to stay the night in the manager's house.!!!! We asked them to book another Riad for that night (which was already a nuisance) but they declined and they said that the only option available was the house and they didnt let us speak to the owner directly as the conversation was going nowhere with the manager. Therefore, we had to leave and find a nearby Riad for the rest of our stay. Do not trust them specially Amine the manager. I now see some other posts regarding his character which must be about him. The worst experience of our lives.

El mejor trato sin duda, tanto Amine como los otros dos empleados fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron con todo lo necesario, a la llegada nos ofrecieron un té con unas pastas, nos explico con un mapa todo lo que ver en Marrakech y luego nos enseñaron el Riad, son tan amables que de hecho un día necesitaba compresas pero la farmacia estaba cerrada ya y ellos mismos se ofrecieron a ir a por ellas y me las trajeron a la habitación y el ultima día llovió y nos ofrecieron quedarnos todo el día en la zona de descanso al final decidimos salir y nos guardaron las maletas además de que nos dejaron dos paraguas de ellos, es decir una atención increíble.
El Riad es pequeño pero muy acogedor y bonito además de una terraza increíble abierta 24 horas con una piscina muy chula pero cuando fuimos estaba cerrada por la temporada. El desayuno riquísimo y variado, la ubicación está en el barrio judío, pero a 10 minutos de la plaza principal y a 5min de otra pequeña plaza llamada Melah, y a 3min del palacio de la bahía, sin duda recomiendo contratar el trasporte del aeropuerto al Riad ya que os resultará más fácil llegar al Riad porque os dejan en la puerta del callejón y os vienen a buscar para llevaros hasta la puerta. Si tenéis alguna duda de elegir este Riad no lo penséis no os arrepentiréis. Sin duda volvería.

Un gérant violent et arnaqueur ! A fuir !
C'est bien dommage car le riad est idéalement placé, le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner est très bon. Point négatif pour l'eau qui passe de très froid à très chaud en quelques secondes, impossible de se doucher normalement.
Mais l'énorme problème reste le gérant !!! Il a tenté de nous arnaquer en nous forçant à payer en euros. Il a commencé a crier lorsque nous voulions payer en dirhams et a même levé une mains, nous avons pris très peur. Il a tenté de nous enfermer dans le riad. La police à du intervenir.
Un épisode traumatisant qui laisse un goût amer à ce voyage.

All the staff were fantastic with us, the breakfast was just perfect and the location amazing and walking distance to everywhere (we like walking).
