Cooking like at home " because the dishes are never as good as prepared this way", says Younes, manager of the restaurant les Terrasses de la medersa. His speciality: royal couscous and sa t'faya (sauce with chickpeas, raisins and caramelised onions). Conviviality, its key word, is found even in the decoration, simple, but warm. The terrace, which has been refreshed, is located just in front of the Ben Youssef medersa and the mosque. Lovers of Arab-Andalusian architecture will be delighted.
