Chic, chic, chic, the Hefner brings a nice side to Charlottenburg. Bar, coffee, lounge, all at once, this address seems straight out of Mitte, but it has this nerd touch besides the Café de Mitte's cafés. The first part of the Hefner is occupied by the bar, to which one can accouder casually, and by bistro tables regularly in front of the windows that overlook the Savignyplatz, while the rear part is reserved for relaxation and much more connected meditation: low leather sofas, chocolate colours and large square tables, all in a romantic atmosphere lit by candlelight. The place does not, therefore, create a festive atmosphere on Saturday evening, but more readily cultivates a more intimate atmosphere for all those who want to avoid the hubbub and sparkling laughter.
